Broomfield is an excellent hospital. The food was not great . In addition there were no instructions as to what medication to take and for how long so aftercare could be improved.

I was very impressed by my stay in Goldhanger Ward - the doctors and staff were very kind and caring and explained what was happening to me at each stage. When I asked for things - eg. another blanket or pillows - they got them for me immediately.
My outpatient experience today was also very impressive. The self-service check-in was easy to use, the waiting area was spacious and clean and I was called for my appointment as soon as I sat down. A very efficient system.

I am very impressed with this hospital and would definitely recommend all the surgeons,
doctors and nursing staff that I have been privileged to meet.

All the staff of Stock Ward were very caring and we had no complaints at all of the care mum was given during her 2week stay . Thankyou to everyone.

I have always been treated with respect by staff in the dept that I have visited. The cancer dept especially.

Have had to visited a number of times in last couple of months (A&E) and Outpatient and I had a very good experience. More importantly my mother was brought in by ambulance to A&E and died but I thought the derive (ambulance and A&E staff) tried everything to save her and gave me time to be with her.
Only mad thing is that they built a multi storey car park which is a mad house - I aim for 45 mins to find a space.

Broomfield Hospital staff were very good and friendly ,and the whole setup very professional.
